Horrible Service

Their services is appalling. They do not communicate well with their subcontractors. I put in an order for a new installation and they sent the incorrect number and address to Vumatel . The order had to be started from scratch after 3 weeks of waiting and everytime I follow up they say there is nothing they can do , it’s in Vumatels hands yet they refuse to give out contact details with Vumatel. All they ever say is the project manager is escalating. They don’t care to give feedback, I’ve had to follow up myself.
