Horrible Service
I am tired of RSA web's nonsense every month there is a different story with Billing. i spoke to Mohammed Initially and the problem was discussed. Now i get an email from Anyanda Ntamo who says there is amount due. When speaking initially to Mohammed this was resolved as two dejbit orders went off. Utter nonsense i am going to the Media and the Ombudsman now.
