Horrible experience cancellation.

Please rethink before signing up with this company I am having a very terrible experience with these agents and nobody is saying the correct thing I want to cancel my service they coming with really crazy prices for cancelation a cable was faulty now I want to cancel my service they want to charge me R1725 please think twice before signing up for 12 months I have been dealing with a guy Cole very horrible experience almost like he gets irrated by me that keep calling about cancelation.
