Horrible experience

I am tired of the back to back issues. Every month I am sitting with the same issues. My account gets paid and yet you sit with no internet. Last month I had to speak to over 10 people in the space of a week just to get the internet up and running. Then you get a phone call asking you to remove the bad review cause the internet is on. Meanwhile I am back to the same situation. Account paid and no internet. It’s one story after the next. Every agent at RSA gives you a different story! No one ever leads you in the right way. Truly feel that these agents aren’t trained properly
