Horrible customer service

I called on the 30th of November to join RSA web. I was assisted by Lungani one of their agents. On the call i asked several times if the black friday special was still on of which he said YES! I went on and proceed to join RSA web through open serve. Few days later i get a statement that i will be billed full amount for December and not the “R21 per month for 3 months” as per the black friday special. I then contact Customer service on Friday the 10th and till date no one wants to help. One lady even said there is nothing i can do. I have asked to listen to the calls that they claim are being recorded but they clearly do not want to assist.
