Horrible accounts handling, appalling speeds!!!!!!!!

Horrible services from RSAWEB.... I got my router and sim delivered on the 9th. I got billed for it after having being billed upon ordering it. When I called they said they could not see the 2nd payment (but can see the first payment I made) so I must provide a bank statement. Then they said they were going to pay the money into my account which they didn't. When I called again, they now said they can't see the initial payment I must provide proof of that payment. I told them it's on the statement but they wanted the Fastpay email which I then sent but never got a response. Expect to spend a lot of money on calls which won't be helpful The accounts handling is bad, I checked my account and saw that I was owing R617. How so, I barely have a month using RSAWeb and I got double billed so you owe me I don't owe you. When you ask them they don't know anything but they will bill. Now I have to go to them bank to stop their debits because it I don't I'll be billed 3 times for one month's. And again cancellation is hard, when you call they tell you to send and email- which they never respond to. Horrible speeds: they promise 300mbps... Forget because you'll always get 0-1mbps. I'm surviving because of the rain router. I wanted high speeds because of my work which I can't do now because their speeds are pathetically low.

When are you cancelling your services... I feel like you are taking your time. I have been calling since I received the router- literally everyday- to no avail Sometimes being put on music for 15 min, spending about 40 mins on calls. I'm not interested in your services anymore, I don't want drama so please cancel your services and come collect your router.
