HELL ON EARTH

Be careful of these guys are certified ******.

Then they charge you for installation when cancelling which they did not do only for them to threaten you with service cancellation and legal, while you think they done with you they make you pay cancellation fee installation n WiFi cost for the month you not even using it once you paid that they add on to say your final invoice meaning in may you paid all that then end of may you still paying again for what still don’t know.

They say we will investigate they never do they just send you their terms n conditions the charge you again they call centre agent are so rude you’d actually think you get they service for free.

Their internet connection is a joke in a month you connected 2weeks the other weeks you spend them logging calls and speaking to rude individual.

I would never recommend they services even to my worst enemy it has been a nightmare dealing with RSAWEB *Do not use them for your peace you will regret it*

Their website also does not agree with the charges for cancellation.
