Hacked RSAWEB wifi connection

On 11 August 2022, I reported to RSAWEB that my devices were hacked through their wifi connection.I requested RSAWEB to investigate the matter and provide details of any devices they can find from their end since the devices were hacked using the router which they provided. Due to no action taken by RSAWEB, I visited their office in Cape Town 2 times asking for assistance. I still have not received any response from RSAWEB with the information that was requested. Last time I visited their office one of their agents actually confirmed to me that definitely the router was hacked. This issue has impacted my work and my personal life.
