Greedy and useless

This company can't be trusted and they are unprofessional.

They said they will deliver the router - it never happened and after calling about 10 times we just drove ourselves and fetched the router.

First month we get billed over R2000 and given no invoice. We have spoken to about 10 different people and we still have no invoice. They say they are billing pro rata from an account two years ago.

They are definitely taking chances like this. I can imagine how many people just leave it and RSAWeb get away with billing people for other people's wifi. Ridiculous. Bad customer service. Not trustworthy.

If someone has other options for internet please let me know we are cancelling our wifi with RSAWeb. Greedy , in times like these you don't ***** people over and try overcharge because people won't notice. You should look after your clients because you will quickly see people losing trust and moving to new internet providers if you continue to be so useless.
