Great Company, But Extremely Poor Service from Keisha Thomas

I have been a customer of RSA WEB for a while now and have generally received great service from their team. However, the past 2 days have been an extremely disappointing experience, specifically with agent Keisha Thomas.

Keisha has been responding to my queries 30–40 minutes late during live chat sessions and has repeatedly ended the chat without properly resolving my issues. This is not the standard I have come to expect from RSA WEB.

I hope management takes note of this and addresses it, as the contrast between Keisha's service and that of the other agents is very noticeable. Sorting out my issue should not take 2 days with no resolution in sight.
