Good customer experience

I would like to commend Mekayla Piekaan for amazing customer service. She was able to explain technical issues to a non-technical person, without making me feel uncomfortable. She patiently explained how I should test my WiFi speed and the possible reasons for buffering. I am impressed with the quality of her customer service!
