Frustrated

It is so frustrating, I placed an order 8 days ago for Fibre, last week on Friday the router was delivered but installation hasn't been done. When I contacted RSAWEB enquiring about the installation, I've been told about Metrofibre who has to come and do the installation. For 8 days I have been waiting. How long should I wait? I've been told 100 times already that they've escalated this issue with Metrofibre but still nothing.
