From the best to the worst ISP
After refering my client to RSAWEB for good service, they have been pathetic, they dont respond to my emails or my calls, i have made several calls to them without any response. I could rely on good service in the past, now they as bad as Telkom.

12 Jan 2023, 13:27It is the 12th January today and still no communications with me, the poor communications with the applicant, has left them concerned that the service will ever get working.
There is an existing fiber installation at the location, previous Vodacom installation installed by Octotel, and the new ISP RSAWEB uses Octotel for the installations, this has been a mess, i have tried to communicate via email to the people at RSAWEB, they dont respond, i have tried calling and still no joy. The client had received an sms that a technician will be at the house in 15 minutes yesterday and still no joy.
I gave good reviews to RSAWEB before, unfortunately they have sunk to the lowest in my books.
