FROM SUPPORT TO Project ftth team have no idea what they doing

This is honestly the worst service from being kept on the line for 20 minutes then your project team are the most pathetic ever having no idea as to what their job titles really are support has no clue what they doing you losing customers your employees are saying on each and every call they will call back absolutely nothing BAD SERVICE I've been struggling for 4 days now still no result all i wanted to know was how far my application is as ive done your once off payment of R995 and R395 also requested a invoice on numerous occasions and i keep being told noone can assist the invoice is rather urgent and don't you think its fair that i get it seeing that i have made payment also there is ZERO form of communication no sales person calling you back tracking your order nothing please train your staff this is rather urgent
