From great to terrible

Completely and utterly useless. They've gone from being a great service provider 8 years ago to being just another uncontactable 'too big to fail' isp. It's impossible to speak to anyone...their queues are always "busier than usual". There is no contact number to phone. When I logged a ticket to cancel my service I got a reply asking for my new address to migrate the service...it's incomprehensible how badly setup they are.

Shame on you RSAWEB for having slid so far backwards.
