Free Bark Service

I have subscribed to their service since 2021, I am currently subscribed on the 50/50Mbps package but they didn’t include the Free bark service which includes parental control settings. I have been emailing and calling them without a response but only a ticket number, but I know they will be waiting for their money come 1st of June while they are not providing the full service to me. My loyalty to them means nothing.
