Fooled by the marketing!

After reading on MyBroadband about RSAWeb being rated the best ISP I decided to switch to them. What a mistake! I got taken in by the marketing **** :P First, they didn't explain the procedure of switching, at all! Then, even though they promised me that my line will be working on the 1st I only got the email on the 19th that the line was live. I then tried to log in to the portal to see what was going on, only to realise they never gave me my login details! So now mI have no way of knowing what is going on, the support can't tell me. Now, they want to debit my bank account but I haven't even got service yet! Also, they only NOW tell me I'm responsible for cancelling with my old ISP. The salesperson previously told me they would do all that. Lies! This is a complete disaster! Thanks for nothing RSAWeb! Hopefully this will help others also thinking of using this useless, ***********, dishonest company.
