Fibre connection

Signed up with RSAWEB in December 2021 and till today I haven't use their services, but being told I need to pay amount R2533 and don't understand why do I need to pay for something that I haven't used. I called, emailed and wattspp them still no joy from their side no one want to look into this matter only thing I receive from them I need to pay their money and asked asked them to cancel this package and being told can't cancel need to pay first and they are insisting.

So the whole start with that I've been signed up on package that I didn't agree on, when their sales people come to my and sell their product was interested with what was gonna be offered and made it clear to the their sales people I need to be on a month to month NOT a contract where I'll be binded on and that was agreed on sale went through and to my suprise I was told I'm in contract I need to pay I owe the company and try to explain to them but they insist and at this pointing time I need to cancel this whole and render my services somewhere else where they will list to it's customer and provide what customers asked for cause here at RSAWEB with the way they handled this matter I don't think they follow (TCF) regulations I've treated badly from inception.

Please assist on this matter.
