I was assit by a guy named Jade Noordeman Evotel came to install the fiber,RSAweb who is the service provider didn't inform me thay they need to send an additional router I've had numerous calls asking Jade what the process is he kept telling me evotel has to connect it i call evotel who said my application was still in progress from RSAWeb after numerous calls and lies from Jade I managed to speak to another lady who assisted me I than called evotel who activated my services ,but I still cant connect the lady from evotel informed me about the additional router when I asked Jade he claims he had informed me but he didn't I even asked for the call recordings which I.didnt get his ignoring my calls,I asked to speak to management still no response aswell ,I am missing out on work because of this but he was fast to ask for upfront payment which I paid now I am being ignored comes month end if I dont pay they will be calling none stop for payment😡🤬😡🤬🤬😡
