RSAWEB and Vumatel have the worst experience.

When I signed up with RSAWEB it took them 3 weeks to come activate my line even though we had the fiber ont from the previous owner. We only needed them to deliver the router as activate that they failed for 3 weeks.

Recently, on Wednesday my line started giving me problems, they sent through a technician from Vumatel yesterday who came and said RSAWEB were supposed to change the ONT when they came when I signed as this ont is old and burnt out now, hence the service light is off. The technician said he will be coming in today at 10am with the new ONT so they can fix, I’ve been trying to get hold of RSAWEB and Vumatel since 9am.

I have a contract with RSAWEB, I should be getting answers from instead every time I reach out it’s still the same story to say theu waiting for an update, since yesterday? While in the interim I’m getting emails from Vumatel to say they have resolved my issue, how when my line is still off? No technician has come? No update has been given?
