Far from "Best Rated ISP" Stay Away please

To avoid downtime I contacted RSAweb 43 days in advance to arrange my internet order. My order stated very clearly that my internet must be installed and active on 31July. All paperwork ect. was done 43 days beforehand and I was informed that they will be in contact with me closer to the activation date. By 28 July I got worried that I have not heard back from them and emailed them to ask if everything is still a "go" for my internet to be installed and active on 31 July.They called me and I was told not to worry and that I will have active internet on the 31st. Today is 4 August and nothing!! My email to them on the 1st complaining about the not even receiving any modem at this stage was just blatantly ignored and no reply yet up until this post. I phoned them on 2 August just to hear that they have not even placed a line activation request to Openserve at that stage.So I will be cancelling my entire order today because this company can't even get the basics right. Please don't fall for their **** "Best Rated ISP" advert and rather stay away
