False advertising / don't need Business

Recently SADV and Vuma Has Merged, So i App**** for an upgrade to 1gbps vuma internet with RSA Web, as my adress Shows Coverage for both Vuma and SADV on their coverage map, so i canceled with my current isp as they do not offer 1gbps vuma, after 3 days after signing up with rsa web, i followed up on the progress of my order only to find out from the consultant that apparently there is no vuma coverage on my building, yet their coverage map as well as many other isps shows i have coverage with vuma. to come to the conclusion, they are falsely advertising a service and not following through with what they are advertising. Even more so i will be writing an even worse review of Vuma next for their staff that has no clue whats going on and making up stories, and therefor both of these businesses are probably losing many orders/clients...
