False advertising and failure to deliver.

I have had the worst experience of my life with RSA Web.

When my area started installing the fibre lines last year in october i went to rsa web's website and pre-ordered the 1000mbps package and ons their website it said that when you pre order that you will get a R500 discount on your first month.

Since then my account has been activated on the 23rd of February 2020 and my line speed is nowhere close to a 1000mbps when i do a speed test. I get a speed of about 700mbps which is not what i am paying for. I am supposed to be getting atleast 950mbps. I have had numerous calls with rsa web about the issue. Various tickets have been openened to resolve my issue but simply nothing gets done about it. No one bothers to call you or nothing of the sort. Only once did a lady log in via remote desktop did a few tests and logged another ticket and since then nothing happened. Now rsa web is emailing me to cancel my account because i havent paid my account of R1683.62. My first reason for not paying is why should i pay for something that i am not getting? Why should i pay for a 700mbps line where i should be getting atleast 950mbps.???? Also my other reason is my bill is not correct. My internet package i signed up for costs R1399.00. I am being billed R1683.62. Where is the R500 discount they advertise on their website??? They bill us from the 1st of each month which i understand there is 7 days pro rata charged but still R1399-R500=R899. So if i deduct R1683.62-R899=R784.62. So if i understand this correct my pro rata charge for 7 days is R784.62 which is more than half of my regular R1399 amount i should be paying every month. Feels like im being ****** firstly and secondly paying for something i dont get.

Completely pathetic.
