Extremely *** service would not even recommend RSAWEB to my enemy

extremely bad service I've being billed double my normal subscription fee for the last few months and I was told it has been resolved. But yet again i get billed double. And the service is horrible i have to wait a full 24 hours before i get a response from billing/accounts department's. No feedback from their watsapp chat and when they do response its not even a decent response explaining the issues and reason for the problem feels like the agents click on Ai generated quick response buttons, I've logged tickets on their website. Not an email or a phone call regarding the ticket.
