EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM PROJECTS TEAM

I have been dealing with RSAWEB to get my line activated via Vumatel. The service has been extremely poor because everytime i call in an agent tells me a ticket has been logged or the matter has been escalated to projects team. I have emailed projects numerous times starting last week and i still await their feedback. I had to sign up for a new fibre package as i moved homes and its the first time ive experienced such poor and disgusting service from both RSAWEB and Vumatel. I have made it clear that i need my internet to be connected urgently as i work from home. What ********** service you give your customers. I'll wait and see if i still receive an answer this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
