Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional & Unreliable Service

I have been without fiber for over a week now, and RSA Web’s service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Twice, they had to send a technician, and both times were a disaster.

The first technician was scheduled for 10 AM but only arrived at 4 PM. He barely checked anything, claimed activation needed to be done at the office, and then left. No follow-up, no resolution, and I was still without internet the next day.

After multiple frustrating calls, I was told another technician would come at 11 AM—they only showed up at 5 PM, reeking of alcohol and cigarettes. They stood around waiting for activation for an hour, then left. The internet worked briefly until 10 PM that night, and since then, it's been down again.

Now, RSA Web insists we wait another 48 hours for assistance. Meanwhile, we have lost valuable work time, missed client deadlines, and suffered financial losses due to their incompetence. The lack of customer service, professionalism, and accountability is unacceptable.

I would never recommend RSA Web to anyone. If you value your time, money, and business, stay far away from this provider.
