Extremely bad Service

Extremely bad service from RSA Web. Service down since 1 February. Today is the 5th and still no connection. Phoned many times and wasted almost R300 airtime. Consultans unhelpful. Whatsapp Service is not working. I cannot log into the web to start a live chat. This is totally unacceptable
