Excellent customer service

I have been struggling with Internet connectivity for a bit and when I got hold of one of the, what I can only assume is a senior consultant/engineer, I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful he was getting my query resolved.

The senior consultant in question is Dumisani. He kept me in the loop of the progress while he was doing his investigation and helped me troubleshoot to get to the root of the issue. I sent over pictures of my setup and we figured things out together. He offered various solutions and even offered to help me setup the network switch that I had ordered. Dumisani kept calling and emailing me with updates on progress and when we finally resolved the issue we are getting 97% the line speed we are paying for and there are zero complaints from anyone in the office.

I just wanted to give some praise to Dumisani for all of his genuine interest in getting my issue resolved and his authentic interaction was very refreshing.

Dumisani is a real diamond in the ruff and RSA Web needs more senior consultants like him. The great thing is that he can train your current consultants to provide the greatest customer service often lacking in most departments like this.

Keep up the great work Dumisani, you are going places buddy!!
