Empty Promises

I've been waiting for fibre connection since Thursday and up to this day still nothing I was told within 24 to 48hrs I will be onle nothing at all. I was told that the process on Octotel wasn't done and that they don't have a technical team to fix this problem who's fault is that not mine I was promised an internet connection within 24 to 48hrs and nothing. I can't do my work nothing I was told 24 to 48hrs hoping that I can continue, but unfortunately nothing RSAWEB/Octotel pull up your socks
