Double payment for transferring Fibre line

Hi there.

I sent rsaweb an email saying I'm moving house. Which was just the unit next to mine. My contract is in 2nd year so they were just going to transfer line. The house I moved in also have Fibre line. Then rsaweb sent me a invoice of R695 .They then sent me info to say its all good. Now they sent me a bill of R1370. Not cool. Just a transfer and I'm a customer. Bull****. I'm not paying that amount. That's not what I ordered. No one told me I'm going to pay that amount.
