Double charged

Same story as a lot of the other reviews. Been charged double. Can't get through to the call centre. Don't respond to the company Whatsapp chat. Online chat only succeeded in being referred to a different department and guess what? They didn't take the chat on. Hoping that this breathes some life into them but not holding my breath.
