Don’t waste your time

I don’t know a single person who has had as many issues with their service provider as we have had with RSAWeb. Customer service is absolutely pathetic. Internet constantly has massive latency issues and you essentially have to beg them to come out and fix it. If you are connected to the internet, they say it’s fine. That’s great and all, but when the latency has an average in the hundreds and all they do is say there’s no issue because you have an internet connection. Shocking awful ISP. I would recommend ANY provider over them.
