Quick and easy to sign up with. Too bad RSAweb doesn’t let us know that their servers are sketchy, their ping isn’t stable and their download speeds drops whenever it feels like it.

So I’ve tried to sort it out with them with numerous emails to the support team. Every time one issue is sorted another arises. I can’t even stream series - keeps buffering even though I have a 40mb line.

Tried many times to cancel my contract due to terrible service... guess it’s easier to just completely ignore your customers wishes.

Guys please don’t make the mistake I did, spend a little more money and get a stable service provider who actually knows what they are doing.

Even though the proof is all in the emails, they then have the audacity to force me to sit with this pathetic line for another month before letting me cancel.

All I want is to cancel but they have PATHETIC AFTER SERVICE and literally make it impossible to do so.
