Don't use RSAWEB

I have had the worst service from RSAWeb. Although the staff are very sweet their lack of competence is beyond anything I have ever encountered. It has now been three months of trying to sort this out with no joy. They installed a fibre line, with the rooter in an awkward place in my home because "that would give the best connection". Then a second person arrived and told me it had been installed in the incorrect place and so I needed to pay to have it moved and / or buy a new rooter. When I wanted to cancel my subscription as I was not willing to pay more than what had been quoted for a fault on their part, they asked for the opportunity to fix the problem. I specifically said I did not want a rooter in my bedroom. I arrived home to find a rooted installed in my bedroom and I still do not have a good connection and still battle with the same buffering problems as before and now I had been charged for a rooter I didn't want. When I brought this to their attention, they promised to find an actual solution and I have not heard back from anyone. If there was a minus 5 star rating that is exactly what I would give them. I do not recommend them at all, ever.
