Don't sign debit order with RSA Web

We opened a server facility with RSA web based on the information on their website. We subsequently established that their security was completely inadequate and that we would not be in a position to use their services. We called and spoke to the technical team, advising them what was wrong and what they could do to correct this (we have expertise in security), we told them we could not use their service. They advised us to go online and close down the servers which we attempted to no avail, We contacted them repeatedly requesting they close down the servers as we were unable to do so. They did not assist. They continued billing us despite our repeated requests for them to desist. They finally agreed to close the servers themselves after many discussions and many many emails to management, helpdesk but they continue to bill us. we have wasted hours and hours of our time trying to get this completely *********** and worse than that completely insecure service to stop invoicing us. This is now a ******** issue. They are deliberately trying to extract money from customers. DO NOT EVER SIGN A DEBIT ORDER WITH RSA WEB
