Don’t even bother with this ISP.

I signed up with RSAWEB over 3 weeks ago and have been having problems with my fibre ever since. They do not know what is wrong and so they obviously can't fix it. They have even sent technicians out and they acknowledge that something is wrong but can't figure out what it is. I have sent plenty of emails and only some of them actually get responded to. I have tried writing on their wall numerous times and all they do is delete the post (like they do with any other slightly negative post). When I tried to cancel they just told me they need 1 months notice and a cancellation fee, for a service that I has never been up and running properly. Even if I did pay the cancellation fee they would only release the line at the end of August. I know everyone has problems with fibre but whatever you do, stay very far away from RSAWEB. It has been the most frustrating experience and I don't think I am close to the end yet.
