Don't even bother to use RSAWEB

I'm very upset and disappointed. The last 2 days I'm struggling with connecting to the internet and the internet is very slow. Web pages keeps ons giving errors because it's taking too long to load. I tried to phone rsaweb before 4 today, no answer. I've tried the live chat, they don't answer, just a high volume ****py message and please bear with me. At 4 the technical department went offline. I tried their whatsapp number, no answer!! You are totally useless!!!! I've missed 2 days of tests and classes because of your ****py internet and NO service!! I don't know how you got rated the best.
