I recently got fibre from rsaweb. The day I joined I sent an email to ask that I not receive voice chat. I called them last week and they confirmed receipt of my email and said they would reverse the monthly voice charge I had been charged every month. They still have not done so nor contacted me about it. My lawyer has advised that the only course here is to lay a charge of theft at the police station. If I don't hear back fro the manager who spoke to me last week before close of business today, I will lodge a charge of theft against him at my local police station. **** you, RSAweb!
