Do your accounting properly
The 1-star rating goes to the accounts department. I have sent a proof of payment 3 times now. Yet the payment is missing from my statement. I get threatened with disconnection if no payment gets made. These threats are made via email and sms's sent at midnight. You have been paid! Ask an accountant to have a look at your bank statements. Payment date 30 October 2022.
