DO NOt USE RSAWEB FOR ANYTHING!!!

I ordered LTE connection from RSAWeb. A week later, I still had not heard ANYTHING from them (I had already paid a R500 delivery fee) - no follow up, no email to confirm membership, nothing. I then cancelled the whole deal with them via email and went with a different company. It is now 30 days later, NO REFUND and they have the cheek to mail me an invoice !!!! REALY BAD SERVICE !!!
