DO NOT USE RSAWEB - Continuous debit order after service cancellation

Being billed 2 months after line cancellation. Please do not use RSAweb as an ISP, they lock you in with T's & C's only to bill you for migration services 2 months after last debit order.

I've received a invoice for service migration, after the service cancellation fee (R1680.00 for 100/10) has already been debited in October. No debit orders in November but invoice end of December.

Tried calling the Accounts department - gave up after 18min Account *** Code: #***
