Do not trust them

Do not trust them, requested for my line to be upgraded struggled with them, made numerous, spent hours trying to resolve, eventually they had confirmed that they did not do the upgrade it was an error on their side, which I had accepted how ever I was being charged the higher premium all the time, for months, the consultant/technician says as per my contract they cannot be held liable for the speed of the line, I am thinking about moving , now they say I should be careful as there might be additional charges, honestly this is *****ing
