Do not go with RSAWeb

I wish I could give a minus 50 stars! The WORST service!! Waited 3 months, heard nothing from them, till I phoned them to hear what is going on with my installation. They kept either "putting me through to someone" just to put the phone down in my ear. Or I get a "I will call you back in a hour" just to never get a call from them again. The one woman had the most sarcastic tone. No update, no feedback, no service! I advise everyone strongly to please not to use this internet service! Because you will not get any service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went with another service provider called Amobia. Had me sorted in a few days.
