DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE *******

ABSOLUTE *******!! I am shocked to read how many people before me have had the EXACT same issue. They are *****ing money. I have been with RSAWab for a few years and recently changed fibre company, remaining with RSAWab as my ISP. They never informed me that this would mean I would be paying DOUBLE! it took me a month to work it out and since (4 months) they have refused to stop charging me double. In addition, they want to charge me a cancellation fee (I am leaving them) citing the fact that I signed a contract. When I asked to see the contract, they sent me a quote that has no date and no signature and which I have never seen. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!
