Do not do business with RSAWEB - you will regret it!

I placed an order for fibre with RSAWEB in February to go live on 1 March. On the morning of 1 March they told me that they will now start the process and they need some documentation. I already uploaded all the documents via their website links and was expecting to be connected on 1 March. After repeated emails to them and no communication back, I decided to rather cancel my application with them as they have not done anything about my order in 2 weeks. I sent an email to ***, the person who were handling my application, stating clearly that I am cancelling my application for fibre. I then contacted Afrihost who helped me and got me connected in no time. On 3 April RSAWEB charged me R1190-00 for an application that I cancelled before it even became active and a service that I never used. This is THEFT!!
