Dishonest and Malicious Service Provider

I have used RSAWEB fibre service for over a year if I'm not mistaken. Their service rate increases way above inflation, dramatically, to a point where I decided to conclude the relationship and look for competitive service, which was good.

Upon cancellation, the collection of their router was organize by them and we arranged for a date which was Tuesday (30 Sep 2025). The collection did not happen. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday (Today, 06 Oct 2025). Everyday I drafted mails to contact and request for feedback, the firs day their response was it was rescheduled, so as the second day.

After all, no feedback, but my account was deducted because the router was not collected in time and the assumption is that I still use their service. Quite insensitive and inconsiderate service delivery. No shame OF deduction my money knowing very well i am not using their service since from two months ago.

Businesses like these don't deserve to have a market to serve customers. We cannot stand to be abused with a money that is hard earned, and poachers come and take it like that without any service.
