DISGUSTINGLY SHOCKING SERVICE

I WISH I never moved over to RSAWEB their service is beyond shocking!!!! First they give me the most useless router ever!!!!!! I have never had an issue with the routers I was given to reach an outside flatlet using an extender until this router they then made me pay for a new stronger router which NO OTHER service provider ever made me do.....Then they quoted me wrong AND debited my account of the full amount after agreeing to have me pay it off !! the customer service is beyond shocking. I DO NOT Recommend this company you will be nothing but frustrated...I promise. They dont get back to you nd they take ZERO responsibility for their mistakes
