Disgusting service

RSA Web had a problem regarding their debit order system. They call me this month telling me my account is in arrears. I agree to make a payment arrangement with them in order to continue their service. A consultant by the name of Rabiah from RSAWEB tells me in order for the account to remain active I must make a payment for this months subscription which I do immediately. Only for RSAWEB to debit my account 1 day later after Rabiah telling me the next debit order will go off on the 1st of July. I contact her this morning to be told they can refund me in 5-7 days. I explain that that is unacceptable as that money was to be used for another debit order. She says she will get back to me and never did. I asked her not to ignore me and give me an update, guess what? I was ignored. I am utterly disgusted with RSAWEB's services and their consultants attitude!
