DISGUSTING SERVICE

I would like to complain and I would like someone to respond to the fact that I have had no wifi for 11 days now. – talking nonsense about issue being resolved and if another person tells me to reboot.

I attach the mail trail attached of the amount of times I have contacted Vumatel and RSA Web my service provider.

Been promised that it has been resolved and promised that a technician will be visiting to date, I have received not joy and have orange lights flashing on my fibre and on my router.

If a technician is not at my house my tomorrow, I will be taking this matter further.
