Disgusting service

Once again without internet connection! I cannot fathom how you people expect us to pay the monthly charges and yet we have to beg and fight for proper service.One would think when dealing with customer service agents they would show compassion,empathy and willingness to want to assist but clearly lack all of the above and more.The service is pathetic and disgusting.My sister has been battling trying to get our internet connection up and running, numerous calls have been logged and then gets closed down without any follow up confirmation whether the line is functional or not.Our last call, we were promised by a gentleman after sending pictures that he would follow up and get back to us, yet its been days!!!
